Ashley Furniture Brand new furniture cracking, refuse to repair Phoenix, Arizona

Bought $2300.00 in furniture from Ashley on 7/8/2012. We picked up thhe furniture on 7/12/2012 and delivered it to our brand new house. We had just moved from Colorado so we opted to stay at my sisters house for a few days until we could get settled in. on 7/20/2012 I was dusting my furniture when I noticed one of the side tables I had just bought from Ashley was cracking. I called the Phoenix store and they informed me that I had to get in touch with the corporate office, however at that time they were closed. I waited the weekend and got a call from corporate on 7/23/2012 asking me to send pictures of the damaged furniture. I immediately sent the pictures to them. On 7/24 I got a call from corporate saying the problem with my table was water damage. I don't even put drinks on my furniture EVER! I explained that to them and they pretty much told me too bad and they couldn't do anything. Watch out for these people, they say they sell quality furniture and back it up, but that is the furthest from the truth I've ever heard. Less then 2 weeks old and my furniture is falling apart and they are calling me a liar. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
