This company broke my daughter's heart.

We ordered our doll last June, the day after her birthday. It said that she would come in two weeks. So we waited. And waited. And she didn't come. Then we checked the site, she had been back-ordered. So we continued to wait. By now it was around September. She was back-ordered again. So we waited and waited. For the third time, she was back-ordered. I was fuming. We paid a lot of money for this doll, and we were not going to wait any longer.

She finally came, on October 27th, 2014. We opened her up, and she looked terrible. My daughter cried, she had waited so long for her and all she got was this? This piece of pure crap that we spent hundreds of dollars on? She pretended to like her for a little while but it was no use. It was too late to return her and she hated her. She tried to sell it in Ebay, hoping someone would buy her, but no one did. Her left leg even popped out of her body and all she could wear were long sleeves because her arms were jacked up.
