Assurance Wireless Virgin Mobile They are discontinuing service for no valid reason for free phone Charleston Illinois

i have sent my application 5 times, I live in a rural town Kalama Wa 98625, our post office does not have a mailman that delievers mail, so we are forced to get a PO Box. yet assurance wont qualify you with a PO Box, so i gave them my street address, yet i have to add the three digits of my po box to the street address for the post office to know where to store my mail. when i add the 3 digits to my street address, it disqualify me saying there is no such apartment there. So i cant win! i have called them and expalined this problem, i have sent a note with my 4th and 5th application expaining the problem, yet they still wont understand wont call me to help fix the problem and continue on disqualifying me.. this is very sad since they where pick by the governamnet to help us less fortunate. yet they are like robots cant apply common sense figuring out that there process sometimes wont fit every city out there.
