I'd payed insurance on my Casio GZone phone for over three years. When it broke they offered me a LG Accolade, claiming it was an equivilant phone (Which it isn't..the GZone is a ruggedized model), caliming that my phone was discontinued, although Casio offers an updated model of the GZone. It's like paying insurance on a Jeep, and getting a Ford Focus.
