AT&T Long Distance Open fradulent accounts won't talk to me or fix problem Internet

AT&T long distance has opened a fradulent account in my name and billed me for 3 months of fees. I have no account with them and when I try to contact them they won't email me back. I tried to call them and I get sent to the bill pay department customer service says "they will help me when my account is up to date". When the bill pay department "transfers" me to the customer service I get disconnected! I went through this with them 3 years ago and it took almost a year to get them to leave me alone. DO NOT USE ATT LONG DISTANCE!!!

FINALLY TALKED TO SLAM/UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT

I finally talked to 2 different people at the slam/unauthorized account department. They informed me that they DO NOT open unauthorized accounts of slam people, I guess that is why they have a departement dedicated to this! They said to not be billed I had to talk to their payment department which told me that they could do nothing I had to talk to their slam/unauthorized account department. After 2 times of this run around I talked to a person that told me I had to pay the bill because the service was provided to my phone like even thought the account was unauthorized. My phone company told me they did not request this service on my behalf and I did not request it through AT&T. This has been the biggest rip off I have ever delt with!
