At&t Long Distance ripoff National Nationwide

I was contacting by at&t via telemarketer promising me long distance at 7 cents a minute, i asked many questions and was told all long distance state to state and within area code would be 7 cents per minute, when i recieved my bill it showed 14 cents per minute when i contacted att i was given the run around so i turned off att and changed my phone number making it absolutely clear i did not want att as my carrier and i did not want a carrier i would use a 10-10 number instead.

a guest visiting me called home several times and ran my phone bill up not to my 10-10 number but to att account which i shut down. thus starting a dispute which has lasted four years and att will not work with me saying they lost all the info on the account turned it in to credit bureau and refuse to work with me, they misled me into starting the sevive then continue to this day to blame me for their telemarketer lying about charges to make a sale and have in no way attempted to make it right.
