AT&T, AT&T Long Distance is not repairable Aurora Illinois

AT&T is paid to provide my long distance service. After not being able to connect to some long distance numbers in the US I spent over 2 hours trying to find customer support or technical repair. I spoke to many representatives who said they could not help, others gave me another phone number of someone else who said they could not help. Finally, after getting very upset, one customer representative tried, with me on the line, to follow their own process but could only go in the same circles and get arguments from their own people, one line, that no one could help. The supervisor finally joined the conversation and said he also had no one to call for technical support for long distance. My only option was to wait a few more hours for the long lines people to magically discover that they had a problem and it would get fixed.

It has now been a complete day with no resolution, no technical support to call, AT&T supervision doesn't even know who to call! There website is designed to keep you from reporting problems but is very easy to part with your money.

Go with someone else for your telephone service. Ma Bell has passed away.
