The problem I have with AT&T is that they have over charged, reported the disputed claims to the credit bureau and turned their version over to a collection agency for harassment.


 


What I would like to know if anyone has filed a class action suit against AT&T for this type of activity and if not would you be interested in joining one.

AT&T Recently I ordered phones through ATT wireless. During the order I was asked to select the lines in which these phones would be attached to. It also stated that one of the phones would be free. At no point in the order process did it state a new additional line was being added to my account. When I received the email stating that an additional line was added, I called ATT to cancel the order. ATT stated that the order could not be found therefore it could not be cancelled. Yet that evening the phones were delivered to my home. I have spent five plus hours today trying to rectify the problem. ATT refuses to tell me the amount I will be credited when I return the phones.  Nationwide
