I was recently ripped off by Authorize.net. I created an account that was never completely established. Authorize.net never completed the account setup. Therefore I was unable to use the account and attempted to close the account on 4 separate occasions. I was unsuccessful in closing the account as I could not reach anyone at Auth.net that could help me. I was constantly transferred to another dept and then hung up on. Numerous emails went unanswered.

I forwarded this information to my attorney, with which we just won a class action lawsut against another financial institution. My attorney is more than willing to create a Class Action Lawsuit gainst Authorize.net. If anyone is interested in joining this class action lawsuit, please contact me via this thread, or if this email is able to stay on here - usadrivesafe@aol.com.
