This dealership is the worst. They charged me approx. $3000 for an interest pay down to get to a lower rate. When I told them that my intention was to pay the vehicle off within 2 years and that it didn't make sense for me to pay down interest for an 84 month term they told me that I would get the interest back should I pay off early (pro-rated).

Surprise surprise - they will not call me back, will not provide me details of the transaction and have no recollection of the interest pay down.

Add that on top of
- they did not get me my plates until well after the temporary plates expired
- tried to sneak in an unwanted warranty into the transaction for around 4K when I was already covered through the manufacturer
- did not disclose key damage down one side of the vehicle
- negotiated a price of $32K and then presented $32,900 on the paperwork.

I am not the only one to have trouble here ...
