Where to begin! On the day I purchased this vehicle I was rushed through paperwork and like a fool took possession of a vehicle without being furnished paperwork. It took over a month of calls to finally get the paperwork. At that point i realized I was charged 4000.00 more than agreed purchase price, as well 2500.00 for a warranty I was told was 1250.00.

If that was the only issue it wouldn't have been so horrible, but alas, 2 months in and they still have not Fixed original mechanical issues. The car has been out of my hands and non usuable for 18 days in the two months I own it, and they still have at dealership since last week and won't call me back to explain whats wrong! I am now renting a car for the second time in two months!

I was promised touch up paint work the day of purchase, but dealer keeps saying they haven't got the paint in yet! 2 months later and I can't even get the touch up done.

These people just yes you to death, and never provide service documents or do anything expeditiously once they sell u their lemon! But when they needed a phone bill two weeks after the sale, I received calls at work home and cell 5 times a day! AVOID this place like the plague! I am filing with NY state attorney general as well as NY DMV, and since legal fees are recoverable in lemon law cases, I am hiring the most expensive attorney to represent me in court! These companies feel they can push people around because most people are either too busy, or don't know their rights well enough to fight back!

I know my rights, and I'm going to lemon law this non working car, and by posting here I hope that many over people can AVOID the hassle, expense, and overall negative experience of doing business with autogallery imports.
