Autoloss Appraisal Group of America Way over estimated diminished value, hard to contact Milwaukie, Oregon

Autoloss.com is a complete rip off!  Monica Fisher contacted me immediately after my initial contact via their website and stated I had a great case for diminished value resulting in almost $6,000 for my vehicle.  She asked for a credit card and agreed that they would help from start to finish!  However, once the credit card was charged, they did not send the insurance company the paperwork for almost a week, I tried to call her several times to get information and I could never speak to her because she was "on the phone."  I had to hire a private appraiser on my own and he told me horror stories of autoloss and explained how ridiculous their quote to me was and how many people he knows that have been ripped off by then.

Save your money and don't use this company!  You are better off doing it on your own!!
