I searched on keyword "complaints on BBB on autoloss" and see the following from BBB.org web site -
This Business is not BBB Accredited
Appraisal Group of America Inc
On 02/07/2012 this company's accreditation in BBB was revoked by BBB's Board of Directors due to failure to maintain minimum BBB Rating.
and I saw tons of negative reviews on other web site on this company. All the positive reviews follow the same pattern and look fake. And the reason I trusted the other owners review are two factors -
1) my own unpleasant and cheated experience
2) and the typical Monica Fisher's email of one sentence + "thanks" after she's charged the money from the credit card.
For now, I'm going to contact my credit company to file a dispute and see if I could get my money back.
