Appraisal Group Of America Got Rip-Off by Them Portland Oregon

I hired them after my car was in an accident to do a diminished value claim. I told them to hold off on the car inspection until the car is done with the repair, but it turned out that my car was totaled. I didn't need them to file the DV claim (no inspection has been done) and yet they refused to refund me the fee of $399 that I have paid them.

Right after my car was totaled I contacted Monica requesting my refund and they refuse to give me my full refund. She said that she can only refund $60 for the inspection fee which has not been done. This is a rip-off. You did not do the inspection, DV claim (which was the reason why I hired you), and now you refuse to refund me my money. What kind of world are we in. What a ripoff.
