Appraisal Group of America Monica Fisher Paid $299.00 for a false report by Monica Fisher which I found out by my lawyer, filed complaint with BBB, Monica then claimed I would receive a full refund which has Not happened. TOTAL SCAM.....frau Milwalkee, Oregon

My car was hit by a semi out of Canada. I told Monica that this was not a normal situation from the start. She assured me she knew what she was doing. She was quick to take my money ( not so quick to give it back). She told me my car had at DV of $8000.00 and that after looking at the auto body damage paper work I had a bent frame...therefore my new car could never be resold as a certified used Toyota. My car is new! 
After ICBC out of Canda laughed at her claim and rejected as soon as they looked at it, I got an lawyer who said " please don't let me you used Fisher".!! And then looked through the report...finding one thing after another that was not true....like the fact that the frame of my car was NOT bent. So, I wasted $299.00. I tried to call Monica but I could no longer get a hold of her, not even by email. So I filed and complaint with BBB and after a month they got a one line statement that said " have the client call us.". I did call only to reach a voice mail.......I did get a email saying I would get a refund from a CPA in 30 to 60 days.....so far no refund......another complaint has been filed with the BBB.
