This company was horrible. They seemed very happy to help in the beginning and made my concerns feel validated. Then I paid them and they stopped caring.

Every time I called with a question, Monica Fisher (the company's President, and the one who "wrote" my claim) wasn't available. She was ALWAYS "on the phone" according to the receptionist. She NEVER called me back so I began e-mailing and finally got resuts. All responses were short, one sentence responses and it seemed like I was annoying her.

Then she argued my claim and suggested I settle at half the value she gave my vehicle because "it was fair." What a bunch of BS! I told her I didn't want to settle at that amount and she sighed and said "are you kidding me?" I agreed to settle because I didn't want to deal with her or this crappy company anymore.

DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR $$ ... hire someone who has good reviews that will care about you.
