Avanti Skin Renewal Free Trial Antioch California

I had ordered a free trial to try it out on my phone.  Received the product and on the 15th day I called to cancel the order for future shipments.  They told me because I had on the 15th day and not the 14th day I could not cancel it and they have already taken the full price of the products out of my account.  I told them I received a free trial and haven't received anything yet.  They then told me that the free trail is the product.  I ask to talk to a supervisor and she informed me that this is what everyone will tell you and there is nothing you can do.  I then said I hadn't even opened it up and may I send it back.  She said no there are no refunds.  This is a scam and I hope that noboby else gets into this.  The two products they say are free trials is Avanti anti-aging eye serum @ $85.97 and anti-aging skin cream @ $89.97.  Very small amounts.  Please I hope everyone will not take the advantage of this so called free offer.  It is a true scam.
