  I signed up for a sample of skin care cream on a Facebook ad using shark tank as the founder of this skin cream line. On 9-19-2017 my account was charged life $5.97 + $4.97 and $.99 for shipping and samples. Nowhere in the ad did they mention that you must cancel within 14 days or you would be billed additional charges. On 10 -2-2017 I was charged on my bank account without authorization $89.97 and on 10-3-2017 I was charged an additional $85.97. I never received any additional products except for the two small samples that I had previously paid for on 9-19-2017 I have tried many times to reach them via their telephone number but never got a live person only a recording to remain on the line and I did that three times for 15 minutes at a time. I also sent an email and my response was they were sorry but it was the wrong company that I had contacted.
