AvasFlowers False advertising Glen Burnie Maryland

Avas Flowers had an ad online for free shipping, no minimum order and same day delivery. When I called to place the order for cousin's funeral flowers, the CSR said there was a $45 min for free shipping! I was short on time and decided to order anyway. After I picked the flowers the guy said yes I did have free shipping,but then added 14 on for P&H! When I was upset with this,he finally said he would take $10 off of that. The flowers were not delivered same day as promised,but the next day,just a couple of hours short of the service starting! I contacted Avas about this, only to be told that the flowers had to go for redelivery,because the funeral home refused them,saying the funeral home said they didn't have room. I contacted the funeral home and they said that never happened! They never refuse flowers and have a lot of room. I contacted Avas several times through out all of this and their service is terrible. I had a very hard time understanding these people in another country,not a local business that they advertised themselves to be. I sent an email after talking to the funeral home and never have received a response. That is my 1st and last time ever to deal with this company!
