Ordered a dozen roses on the phone, confirmed order and price (outrageously high anyway!) with salesperson "P. Holder". On my anniversary, got 6 flowers in a small vase delivered. When I called to complain, I was told "well, that's what you ordered" and they offered to send ANOTHER vase of 6 flowers - a week after my anniversary! These guys are RIP OFF ARTISTS! Complete SCAM from a sham company. AVOID AVA'S FLOWERS at all costs - they have ZERO customer service, they overcharge for their products, and they blame the customer for their mistakes.
