I ordered a birthday bouquet Friday morning spoke to a young gentleman about the product on there website has prices of discounted flowers. he then convenience me to get the size called deluxe he said it's $10.00 more and I'll get more flowers he then said his a floral arrangement person he will make sure he designed my flowers beatyful He then charge me extra for card and bow and he will also put a birthday ballon . This bouquet came total of $60.00 and some change told me that he waive my deliver charge. This flower was delivered that morning the look and the size of this flowers was not the look that he discribe and promise to me on the phone! There was no ballon no bow the vase was a can instread of glass the size was small   . I called the same day can't reach anyone keep putting me on hold and no one came on the phone. Called again following day Saturday got in touch with customer service transfer me to billing was on hold and no one pick up the phone. Called again this morning a gentleman answered and I ask him if he can direct me to the person in charge regarding my complaint he then said I'm the manager told hi. What the problem is he told me that he can refund the bow back to my account! After the lye and disappoint with the product that's all he can offer terrible manager. Never ever again order from this company they cheated and rip me off my money!!!!
