Ava's Flowers Misrepresentation Marthas Vineyard Massachusetts

Ordered flowers on-line from Ava's Flowers, Vineyard Haven MA on 7/28/14 for my daughter in hospital in Martha's Vineyard.  The flowers were to be delivered next day 7/29. Received phone call from Avas Flowers 7/28 PM asking for address information which I had already provided on-line.

Confirmed flowers would be delivered 7/29.

Received another phone call 7/29 saying they needed an additional $20 for delivery because of "their policy" that certain rural deliveries require additional cost.  Website states in bold "FREE DELIVERIES ON ALL ORDERS".  No mention of additional charge for rural delivery.  Hospital in Marthas Vineyard is not an out-of-the-way or rural destination.

Don't do business with these scam artists.
