Ava's Flowers charged credit card twice and wouldn't return a refund Mahwah New Jersey, MA,

What a mess!  I was all ready to praise Ava's for calling and replacing my order with more vital looking flowers (red) than the white I ordered AND for offering to call the recipient when the milar balloons weren't available (and deducting that expense).  THEN I questioned the fact I received 2 emails, checked my credit card, and found I had been charged TWICE for a duplicate order!  Who orders the exact thing with the exact greeting TWICE?  If it were an internet error, I would think Ava's would call to confirm I wanted a DUPLICATE...VERY DISAPPOINTED IN LACK OF PERSONAL CARE!  I called this morning and Chris said he would issue a credit to my card and send an email confirmation.  Minutes later he called and rescinded.  Now he wants to issue a Store Credit.  Yelp will be hearing from me if I do not receive professional courtesy on this matter.  I just talked to Riley, the Supervisor, who was rude and depersonalized the whole experience, not understanding the points I was making and even ended with, "We get duplicate orders all the time".
