Beware of this florist!! They claim to be a "local" store, but research indicates they have "stores" in just about every zip code one enters into the computer. Billing comes from New York.

They do not deliver arrangements as pictured on this website. The Premium Garden Basket was a disgrace. When I saw what was delivered for my friend's funeral, I was mortified!!

When telephoned, they either hang up, don't answer (horrid phone tree that keeps you running in circles) or offer you a measly $9.99 refund on an $84 product already paid and delivered. A rating of "fair" (their one star rating choice) is too generous for this company. Poor is the best description. Disappointed is how I am as a customer.
