Ordered flowers on 4/29/2014 to be delivered 4/30/2014 for a birthday from a florist that came up as local to the area on a google search.  Received this email on 4/30/14 from this company.

This is so disappointing. My daughters paid for these for their grandmother's birthday and they seriously weren't delivered and all I get is an email?? No phone call?? An upgrade isn't good customer service at all. I paid almost $14 for service and handling. This is definitely not good service. I feel as though I should get a full refund and you should also let their grandmother know that it's your fault their gift wasn't delivered and they did not forget her special day. 
 
I have yet to recieve an email back. The order was delivered to my handicap mother in law, that is wheel chair bound, by UPS and left on  her front porch. She wasn't able to pick up the box due to her disability. I called several times and they make it look like their phone is having issues. After 11 attempts of calling, being put into a loop, and hung up on I finally got a representative and asked for a supervisor. Everything was scripted and I was told the supervisor wasn't there. Today another charge for $18.95 was posted to my bank account from Ava's. I never got an answer as to what that is for. Supposedly I will be receiving a $25.96 refund.  Here's copy of email stating  that. 
 
A refund in the amount of $25.96 has been issued.  It may take your bank up to 10 days to process this refund.

I tried canceling the order, it was 3 days late, not an upgrade and was wilted. I wish I had photos but my mother in law isn't computer literate.  This company tries to get you frustrated in hopes you'll just give up. I will not be satisfied until I receive a full refund. Theye also prey on consumers that are trying to get last minute gifts, or even worse, individuals that are mourning the loss of a loved one. I hope this company gets in big trouble for the pond scum they are. Even their on hold message makes them seem like they're local. At one point I was put on hold, and somehow ended up on the line with another customer that was charged twice for his order. The same representative that was supposedly looking into my order was the individual that took his call. It appears we were put in an infinite hold in the hopes we would hang up.
