I ordered a trial Avoir anti-aging Serum and Velour Skin Cream from this company after seeing the changes in Ellen Degeneres's skin and Dr. Oz's recommendation online.  I believed I was getting samples to try for 14 days.  When I wasn't sure if I had ordered both, I called the company and the representative told me I had 14 days to cancel after I had tried it and then my credit card would be charged $89.00 for one and I don't remember the charge for the other one.  It had already charged my credit card $4.95 and $3.95.  I received  the Avoir Anti-Aging Serum yesterday.  When I started researching the company, I found some negative reviews, and called my credit card company to make sure there would be no more charges from this company.  Then I called the company to opt out and was told about the terms and conditions which I did not see at the time of ordering.  Beware, the terms and conditions are not on their website.

Since ordering I received a call from QRI 866-379-2003 offering all kinds of things plus a $120 gas card free to be included in my order. I declined,  since I recognized it as a bait and switch ploy.  The company representative denied any knowledge of this company, but wasn't it to be included in my order?

I still have not received one of the items and my question is this,  Am I required to send the items back to them unused?       I thought I was paying for a trial and not the full product.  This is a shady company and not one that you want to have your credit card number.  Since they can't charge my credit card, should I keep the product or return it to them?
