Axin Financial Services-Financial Scam on Non-delivered goods

My wife entered into a contract with E-Commerce and Axin Financial to purchase a credit card machine. She signed onto the contract with every intent to pay for a credit card machine and software. E-Commerce only sent us the credit card machine only and no software. We recieved a letter saying they could not access our account so they charged us 65$ and 40$ fee. We called them and tried to pay it by check, but they charged us a handling fee. Then we tried to return the machine to E-Commerce, but they sent it to Axin Financial. We wanted to cancel the contract with E-commerce and they said it was ok. Axin Financial received our machine and charged us storage fee.
We did not want to pay for it. We asked them if we can send a check for it, but they charged another handling fee.
they then said it was a non-cancellable contract and they said we had to go to California court if we want to try it.
They harrassed us twice and got angry at my wife. They called us again and we tried to pay by check and they said we had to pay another handling fee. We told them we will see them in small claims court.
We paid 5,000$ for the lease of a small credit card machine that we rarely use. They said we are paying for software, but we did not receive it. This is non-delivering of goods and breaking the contract promises. They said we are to take care of the transfer of the goods, but we waited three months and no CD. I think this is wrong for both e-commerce and Axin financial to do on a contract. It is not fair and we are filing a report for a scam.
