BALLY TOTAL FITNESS LIARS AND THIEVES ALPHARETTA Georgia

To make a very long story short, my husband and I both joined Bally Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia. I joined because I wanted to run inside, away from the Georgia heat and also because my plan was if I wanted to run early in the morning, it would be much safer for me.
Not soon after running several different days on the track at Bally Fitness, I couldn't walk on my right foot after wearing my boots to work. I couldn't understand why. Then the pain left. A week or so later, the same thing happened, again after running at the track at Bally Fitness, but this time I had a swell in the bottom of my foot and two of my middle toes were numb. After much research online I realized I had developed Morton's Neuroma. I already knew that the track was too hard and though it did have a rubber cover, I could tell that my running on it was taking its toll on my foot. I went to a chiropractor and faxed his letter to Bally per Bally's instructions with my request to get out; also had to send it certified mail. They were still charging me and I had to do a stop payment.

Now they are charging me over $2000 on my credit information. I am planning on suing them in the future, and would like to know if others would join me in a class-action lawsuit. This lawsuit would perhaps stop Bally from ripping off so many people.
