Bally Total Fitness ripoff Contract demands not written into the contract, do not hold to their cancellation policy Norwalk California

I entered into the facility of Bally Total Fitness to compare them with other workout facilities; I was meet by several sales individual who supposed to be Bally's fitness trainers that pressure me into their contract. I was not aware of the terms under the contract when I signed into it at that time, however I immediately reviewed the contract once I got home on the same day and found out that Bally's contract is very misleading, no where during the point of their sales person convincing me into signing that contract, did they once told me that I am financing a service from them, one that I will learn in a few days that they fail to perform, after accepting and deciding to try out this workout facility.

I decided that they are not who they were on the first day. On the 3rd day of my contract I contacted Bally Total Fitness main office in Los Angles, apparently that is the location where you have to send your cancellation request, I did so by sending them an email that is dated and timed so under my contract I am canceling within the contract. I received a response via email a little over a month stating that I am over the time frame of the cancellation policy and I will have to continue to make payments to Bally's. That's what they think. I notice similar disputes with this company Bally's and as of September 8, 2005 anyone with the similar situation with Bally's are free to join in a Class action Lawsuit against them for misleading sales tactics in service with their contract.
