Bally Total Fitness they are charging me more than 600 Norwalk California

Hello , how are you? i have a question. i have a dispute with bally total fitness. my account was suppose to be cancel since april 2005, i sent proof of change of address then, i was told that it was, 2 month ago i contact them cause they was on my credit report, i was told that the account was cancel under my name, but my brother was suppose to send proof of change of address, which i was never told until 2 month ago, so i had my brother send those proof even though he never sign a contract with them, i am the only one that did, now they cancel my account, but the wont cancel it starting april 2005, i want to know if there is any organization that i can take my case to. because i think balley fitness just trying to rob me for some money. on top of this i never ever even use thier gym, thank you and i hope you can help. Now they are asking me to pay more than 600 dollar and i never even use the gym.
