In 2015 I signed up for insurance for my pet who later died. When I called the Banfield to inform them of my pet dieing they simply said I had to continue to pay even though I obviously didnt need the insurance any longer. I even asked if they could transfer the insurnace to my other pet but they said no.

They are a ripoff. Dont use this company. There are hundrens of other vets that offer insurance without a contract..
