banfield pet hospital uncaring rude condescending neglectfull columbia South Carolina

my best friend Bruce a pittbull of 10 and 1/2 years of age that  I had the honor to raise  ever since he was 6 weeks old,  was enrolled in the so called wellness plan from day 1.  He passed on june 8,2016 after agonaizing pain from cancer  he had been seen at the locations from day 1 and  I had express my concern to every doctor at that location and staff about the decline in Bruce's  health in the last few months  and it was always dismissed as atrithis, he was actually diagnosed  with osteoarthritis and  after 11 visits between Jan. and june 2016 still insisting that he just had arthritis we pushed to get a referral to vca a specialty clinic and after the mri was performed  it was sooo clear that it was cancer and it covered most of his spine  ribs joints elbows lymphnodes  ect..............  

I cant immagine the pain  he went through especially since the only pain medicine he was  prescribe from Banfield  was rimadyl !!!!!!  and when I asked to speak to the doctor who had seen Bruce at Banfield rigth before his final days I was told ......whats up i've alredy talk to you dont have anything also to say ............ so what is this wellness plan for ????????????  I faithfully paid for 10 and 1/2 years just to find out at the end that half of tests were not even done 1 blood test that is supposed to be perform once a year would have detected the cancer long ago....

Im very angry at the fact that I trusted them and the price that I paid  beside the $ was my best friend life. the arrogance and rudness and negligence of this clinic has cost me a lot of tears and heartaches and it makes me wonder about my other friends enlisted in their care and all have passed.....I dont know if I can name specific doctors but if I can I definitely love to add names.and also as the cherry on top they want me to pay for the remainder of the plan ............dec. 2016 are they crazy or what???? they kill my best friend and Im supposed compensating them .................dont thinks so I've learned my lesson  at a very high price.
