BBank Of America Rip Me Off, With Overdraft Fees overdraft fees without account being in the negative Brunswick Georgia

I opened my account with bank of america 2yrs ago, never have been in the negative..my employer direct deposits my check into my account the check clears the next morning.. this week the check was shorted by a mistake made by human resorces they apologize and give me a check the next day i diposit the check that afternoon and use my card..over the weekend my hood opens up and smashes my window: i call a window company and they come to me and fix it..i use the card again for a few things..i have money in my account but the check that i deposited that friday did not clear till today tuesday.all the transactions are still pending but they already charged me overdraft fees!!!so b/c of the overdraft fees i go into the negative...b/c of $210 in fees i didnt have enough to pay for the windo and other things i purchess.. how can they charge overdraft fees for something that wasnt overdrafted..later that day i find out that i have now pending 15- $35 overdraft fees!!!
