After many letters to the CEO and others at BOA in Charlotte, NC, BOA appears to have a major problem understanding my written communication concerning several incidents at their Washington St Branch Office in Houston, Texas. I have only received two letters from them which failed to state the facts as I have reported them in my many letters. As of this date, BOA has refused to achknowledge my authority for my request to produce checks from our HOA account: even after producuing a signed document form the President of my HOA. When you add to my complaints that the totally rude, arrogant and calus attitude by employees and management of that BOA Branch Bank along with them purposely destroying my information that I left with them to use is unforgivable at best. Extremely poor management skills at BOA.

I see your problem

You think you are providing enough information but when you have two(now three) people who have posted that they have no idea what you are talking about. Perhaps you should look at what you posted.
You say they refused to comply with your request to produce checks from your HOA. Are you a board member? Do you have the legal right to said checks? Why do you need to see them? Did you provide them with legal proof of your authority(a signed letter may not be enough)? What is the reason they are refusing to comply?
If you had a letter from the Boards President, why didn't they just get the checks and turn them over to you?
You said they intentionally destroyed your documents that you left with them. What documents were they? Why did they destroy them? Why did you leave the documents with them? How long did you leave the documents with them?
Just way too many unanswered questions..
We are NOT BofA, no one here has anything to do with BofA but when you post a "RipOff" you should explain what the RipOff is so that other consumers at least have an idea of what you are talking about.

Failure to communicate?

If there is any failure to communicate the post you made here seems to show it as a failure on your part. You can't even post your complaint letter as all you posted was a list of generic e-mail addresses to various companies.
