Bank Of America Doesn't Care Cut credit lines today Unknown Corp Office Connecticut

Well Bank of America did it again. I have had perfect credit for over 27 years. When I lost my good job, I was lucky 3 months later to find a new job, less money, but a job. I have never missed a payment with B of A and recently transferred a balance to my B of A card which had no balance for the last 3 years. At the same time, I was instructed by the bank that in order to qualify to modify my house loan to adjust to my current pay, I needed to be 90 days late. Even though I am capable of making the payment until the time they help, I must miss 3 payments. I missed 3 and made the fourth one. B of A today, sent me a letter lowering my credit line, to what I tranferred due to late payments. I called and explained the situation to them, since they were the ones who told me I had to be 90 days late, and they could care less and asked if I wanted to close my account out. This is not the bank I remember, this companies are so big and have people on the ground making decsions that I am sure do not fall under company policy. So I will not be using Bank of America in the future they are the bank of another country now and they used my rtax dollars to bail them out, go figure.
