Bank of America BoA lending fraud, unethical, con artists, rip offs, theives, criminals Internet

For 2 years now we have been trying to just APPLY for the making homes affordable (MHA) program. We qualify under several of the programs offered at the site http://homeloanhelp.bankofamerica.com/en/mha-programs.html. For 2 years we have repeatedly been told that we are missing paper work and they close the case. We call and call and no one answers and then when someone finally does, they then tell us what is missing, we resend or reapply all together, and then the cycle starts all over again. There were times that months had gone by and we had not gotten a letter or a call and only after continuously trying to get a hold of someone that, once someone does answer, they tell us something else is missing, which we had turned in months ago. "Well then why were we not told something was missing months ago", "NO we turned that in with..." other documents they they have. "Oh but this one needs to be dated within 2 months", "but it was dated within a week when we sent it the first time" you stupid b*ch.
The final transaction we had was with a supposed supervisor/manager who was OH SO POLITE and made everything sound hunky-dory, and she guaranteed she would look into everything and that after faxing her several documents that were faxed a dozen times before that she would call us NEXT Wednesday. Well next Wednesday was over two months ago and we are going through the same old sh-i-t of no one answering or returning our calls.
BoA is a disgrace to America and continually rips American off. Looking at several complaints no just here but all over the internet and several law suits WHY THE HELL DOES THIS BANK STILL EXIST.

We have no income other than disability checks but have never been late making our payments, even though it has been VERY difficult to do so and is getting more and more difficult, especially with teenagers about to graduate from High School. Refinancing is impossible because neither of us is employed. American who have had a clean payment history should be able to move to another reputable bank when their bank fails them repeatedly. If you are ever given a choice/chance/opportunity NEVER NEVER trust bank of America with your money/mortgage.
