Bank of America is holding money for 3 or 4 days prior to posting to account. They send out text messages of inaccurate balance. Items that show as cleared, may not actually be cleared & you may have to wait a week for the money to truly clear. I spoke to 2 supervisors at the call in banking line--Lashanda & Josephine at 1-800-432-1000. Neither could explain why an item showed as cleared and processed through on 5/8 is now showing as an incomplete transction dated 5/10/13. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
Bank of America is ripping people off.
Is this happening to thousands of people?
SHAME ON YOU BANK OF AMERICA! YOU ARE NOT WORTHY TO HAVE AMERICA IN YOUR NAME!!!!!
