Bank of America Screwed by Bank of America with PENDING amounts affecting my balance, even when PENDING was removed Internet

Bank of America has done it again!  (How do these &@*/@# sleep at night?!) I'm a small, one-person business, and a supplier pre-authorized (but did not charge) my B of A visa for over $1000, even though we were on N30 terms.  I saw it almost the minute it happened, because I'd been on B of A's site, logged off, and then went back on again to look at something else.  That's when the "pending" pre-auth showed up.  I immediately called my supplier, who apologized and immediately (while we were on the phone) canceled the pre-authorization.  Even though it took five seconds for it to APPEAR in my account -- affecting my available balance (and $1000 to a small business is a lot of money!!), the pending amount remained there not only all day yesterday, but throughout the day today!  (Also, I have several thousand in deposits that should've shown up by now, through my merchant account, but -- imagine this! -- have not).  So, because they did not REMOVE my PENDING authorization, which the person who put it there in the first place, removed immediately, it  has caused my account to OVERDRAFT, repeatedly, and they're now charging me $35, for each occurrence (none of which would've happened, had they removed the pre-authorization, when my supplier removed it -- yesterday morning!!).  This CANNOT BE LEGAL!!!  If an attorney reads this, God, I'd love to do something about this.  Please.  They've got to be stopped!!!!!
