I FIRST CONTACT BANK OF AMERICA ON LINE ABOUT A FEE IN OCT. BECAUSE I MADE 2 CASH DEPOSIT WITHIN 1/2HR. MY HUSBAND MADE ONE NEAR OUR HOME AND I MADE ONE 10 MINS AWAY NEAR MY JOB. THEY SHOWED BOTH DEPOSIT ON LINE THAT SAME DAY, ALONG WITH MY AVAILABLE BALANCE. THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY HAD REMOVE ONE DEPOSIT AND CHANGE THE DEPOSIT DATE AND HIT ME WITH AND OVERLIMIT FEE. I CONTACT THEM FURIOUS BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT FUNDED. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. I CONTACT THEM AT THE BEGINNING OF DEC. TO CLOSE MY ACCT. AND TODAY I FEES THAT TOTAL $1079.00 FOR THIS ACCOUNT NOT HAVING FUNDS WHICH THEY CAUSED TO BE OVERDRAWN...I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN A BANK IN MY LIFE...I HAVE DEALT WITH THE FORMER BANKS FOR YEARS BEFORE THEY PURCHASED THEM AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. I HAVE A NEW BANK AND WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Receipts

I know you said this happened in October, but do you have the receipts for both transactions? If so, they can look up the transaction because the receipt has a code which has the ATM on it. But you said the date was changed? Was the deposit made after the cut off time? I am just specaluating. I also find it odd that you would have that many fees when this was your only problem.
