I applied for loan modification to Bank of America due to financial hardship was approved for higher monthly payment, lost my job after approval but found a new job right after with much lower pay.
I tried to renegotiate for lower monthly payment but was declined and sold my mortgage to Chase and was foreclosed for less than 3 months.
Would like to know, if you can please review my foreclosure process. I was on my house since 1980 and it was foreclosed on October 4, 2011 by Bank of America and Chase.
