Bank Of America Bank lost my check, then took money out of my account!!! Wilmington North Carolina

Yes, this same exact gibberrish happened to me on the same exact day, after i checked my account it showed a transaction of -400 dollars from my account making my account balance negative plus 275 dollars worth of overdraft fees due to this negative transaction. I called them initially and they said they didnt know since the transaction was still pending.

So the next day i went to the bank of america branch next to my work to see what was up and they said that my employer provided a check with insufficient funds in the account. so i left angry at my employer for issuing me a bad check. but then they assured me that the check was fine and then i went back to the bank but this time the branch where i made the deposit. and they told me that the check was lost, not by bank of america but by wells fargo some how and there was nothing they could do about my money or the overdraft fees since it wasnt their fault for the check being lost.

im going back tomorrow and im going to let them have it... effing crooks
