About you?

One year after signing up for a Juniper Bank MasterCard with no annual fee, I was notified that Barclays would be charging an annual fee of $99.  I called customer service today and after a transfer to a "Specialist" and a transfer to "Supervisor" I was told that they would not remove the fee.  I will close the account next month.
