Baron Auto Mall ripoff get your own financing Medford New York

Hello ,
I purchased a used 2002 Dodge Neon from Baron Auto Mall in Medford Long Island. The car is great, believe it or not the Salesman was great (Frank), the finance manager is in the middle of trying to scam me on an extended warranty.

After I had seen what they had done, and that was hurrying me along with paperwork, He (the finance manager) filled in the blanks.

By filling in the blanks, he sucked me in to an Extended
Warranty for $2500.00. I had gone back to the dealership the day after signing the paperwork to Cancel the loan that they had set up for me, and was told that I could not cancel it.

After some looking I found that that was a bold face lie. I have 3 days to cancel a bank loan. Next he (the finance manager) tells me he canceled the extended warranty with the warranty company. I called the warranty company today and was told that the application number I was given was never entered because they never recieved any paperwork from Baron Auto Mall.

So I called the dealership and was given the usual run around of it was someone else's job to take care of that, (I am getting very tired of hearing that from the Finance Manager).

My Advice to anyone purchasing a used car from Baron Auto Mall is to NOT FINANCE IT FROM THEM, get your own financing.
