Baron Auto Mall Extended Waranty Ripoff Queens New York

So my mother brought me a used car the car had about 69k on it and it was out of warranty. We decided to buy a extended warranty, One month after we bought the warranty we decided to cancel it because it was not useful. I called and went to baron auto mall a number of times to get my 2000$ refunded. They kept on saying they would refund it and they didn't eventually i had to call Prism Administrative services and cancel it myself and i had them forward we a letter stating that i was entitled to 2000$ which i paid. The people over at barons just kept avoiding me and wouldn't give me my money back. So i went to small claims court and sued them! Someone from barons showed up and made up a bunch of lies! Then i showed the judge my paper which i received from Prism that stated i was entitled to my full refund and i won the case!

Barons Auto Mall is a ripoff and a bunch of liers beware!
