I typically do not go for "free samples" but read the fine lines and no where did it note that I would receive regular shipments if I did not cancel within a certain amount of time.  I contacted the company after been charged $99 from one NV location and $89 from their NJ location.  I was told that they did not do refunds even if the products were returned unopen.  I had to request a Confirmation # of the "cancellation."  The representative was rude by responding with "what" when I would ask a question.  I asked her to make a notication in her computer system that "custormer reported returning the products and was requesting a refund."  She told she could not do that.  I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency.  I encourage everyone who has experienced this to do the same.
