Beepers N Phones Liars, rip-off artist, takes advantage of unsuspecting consumers Jacksonville Florida

I went in to the Beepers N Phones store on Blanding Blvd in Jackosnville Fl to purchase a phone plan for my two sons and myself as a Christmas present. After sitting in the store for approximately 5 hours I was sold a Sprint plan that was the "bomb". It cost me $242.36 to walk out of the store with three phones and a plan that was $222.00 due in 16 days. I returned the phone within the 14 days letting BPN know that I was not happy with the Srint service, and the Razor phone that my son had was no good. They waived the $50.00 restock fee only because I was going to purchase a new plan that day.

I paid another $110.00 to get on the Alltel plan with more minutes and mobile to mobile. I was to get the two Razor phone for the boy's and a phone for myself. They told me I was also going to receive 2 'free' phones for signing up with Alltel. What the didn't tell me was that I would be charged the monthly fee for these two phones ($47.53 ea) I explained that I did not want the phones activated as they would just be spares and I would activate them if needed in case of damage or loss to one of the phone we were using. They still activated the phones and my first bill from Alltel was $306.00.

I returned to the store to let them know that the Motorola phone they sold me was not working (no reception at all). They refused to replace the phone and de-activate the two phones not in use.

Now I am told that to return the three phones (two no in use, one that does not work) it will cost me $600.00 because I am not honoring BPN contract to keep the phones in service for 2 years.
