Bella Serata I paid for a sample of eye cream for $4.95. I was sent charged several charges of $89.95 which I was not able to get reimbursed for. I did not realize that I was signed up into some kind of a membership program. No where did I see this. I paid for a sample of eye cream for $4.95. They stole my money. Nationwide

I am disabled with MS and cannot afford what this company did to me. They are operating a scam and I am in disbelief that I fell for it. I thought I was ordering a sample which is what they were advertising. Somewhere in some small print I was signing up to pay a small fortune for face cream! I would never spend 89.95 on facial cteam!
