Beneficial HSBC RIPOFF...the truth is not in them!! Carol Steam, Illinois

I got a home Loan 2007. In 2009 I was sent a check for 2,350.00 When I called to see what the check was for I was told it was a check that Beneficial for got to dispurse to me and that they was just sending it to me.. so OK I spent it and then in 2010 I got a letter saying it was a mistake on there part and that they want the moey back NOW... I didnt have it my husband was out of work and Beneficial told me they would do a hardship loan for me and help to get worked out ok so my intrest was droped and the payment was lowered for five mo. well I had never ben late or missed and ever what they done at that point my loan has never been right after that date..

I ask Beneficial to please help me to get cought up and then I was told that I could get a reconstruction of my Loan and that all pass due bal. will be out to the end of the loan and start with a fresh start.. Yea right, I have been called and talk to like a dog never the same person and know one has a clue what is goin on or what the other person said. and In the mean time I have been getting calls from collection action for the bills that Beneficial was to pay off.

I ask Beneficial to please send me copys of the checks of what they paid off well I have sent written request and its been over a year and still they cant seem to find the copy of the chcks .. and now my credit is a mess I cant even get a loan to get them off my back they will not work with me and continue to call and talk bad to me.. I workhard and I do the best I can, my husband and I do not have any govenment help we work. and in all this mess Beneficial has raised our intrest rate to 14.99% and out of the $749.00 that we send each mo. only $34.00 gose tward the payment . we barrowed sixty three thousand in 2007 and now in 2013 we owe seventy nine!! and our credit is shot.. I have got me a Lawyer and I will be comeing after you Beneficial and it will not be Nice..
