Beneficial HFC LOAN FRAUD Buffalo New York

 My husband and and are now in collections with  Beneficial/HFC because his ex-wife filled out loan papers and used fraud as a means to get $10,000. She got a friend to give her a letter stating she was working when in fact she is on disability and gets $1200.00 a month. She did work for this guy for a short while but that was under the table (hey you listening IRS). My husband has asked for the orginial  paper work on the loan as he did go and get $500.00 from them to save their home, that is when she told him about the 10grand. He was under the impression that the two loans would be seperate but they lumped them togeter and he did not understand the lingo these companies use to confuse people as how loans work also he was so upset he could not think. Why did Beneficial did no task for a W-2 or a yearly tax form. We do not know if she used his name on the application loan another fraud. His ex wife has mental problems  been in and out of the mental ward, when he left she assaulted him with a deadly weapon and is on probation. This same person who gave her the fraudlent work letter got her out of jail when her own kids would not. Who the hell sticks their nose in someone else's marraige. I have written a letter to the collection agency and just left a msg for the man handeling the collection. I have spoken with a lawyer who mentioned the ATTORNEY GENERAL.  The s**t will hit the fan. Companies like this can not just give out loans and not get the proper info and look into it. I have a home that is paid for and Chse would not even give ME a line of credit which is fine with me.  2013-10-080 2:45:14
