Berrylook Refused refund for cheap, unacceptable dresses ordered online

3 dresses ordered online from Berrylook took 8 weeks to arrive. 1st item is so cheaply made with poor quality material and does not look like the picture online. 2nd dress does not fit, and is not great quality material. 3rd dress is ok. I tried to get refund for two dresses, sent requested pictures and description of problem. Customer service offered to send me$5.00 but no refund. I am out the cost of the dresses but will offer them to a charity if they will take them. Customer service is awful and I am sure this company had me jumping through loops with no intention of ever giving me a refund. This is partially my fault as I did not research the company prior to the order. I fear they have my credit card and I do not trust these people. I hope my review helps someone else. Buyer Beware!!!
